ORDERING PROCESS & DELIVERY

URGENT MATTERS

Your support in handmade leather goods is greatly appreciated.  We apologize that Coralc Atelier does not accept urgent orders.  For an estimation of delivery, you may refer to SHIPPING information for the respective product you wish to purchase.

PLACING AN ORDER

Thank you for placing order via this website.  We worked our very best to make the whole process simple and minimal hassles while placing an order.  An email will be sent to you in the instant after you completed an order.

To avoid misplacement of your order, please fill in valid recipient's details, including name, full address and contact number.

MAKING PAYMENT

Your order will be processed after full payment is received.  Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash bank in via ATM machine.

For oversea customers, you'll receive an email with PayPal account which you can then make payment with your credit card, or pay from fund in your PayPal account.

SHIPPING

Each product is exquisitely handmade and made upon confirmation of order, hence may take some time to produce.  You may refer to SHIPPING information of the respective product to get an estimation of our timeline.

SENDING OUT PARCEL

Your parcel will be shipped via Poslaju (Pos Malaysia) by default, however with no obligation.  A shipping note with tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is sent.  Track your parcel online at: https://poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/

 

DELIVERY OF PARCEL

Malaysia nationwide generally your parcel will  be delivered in next 1 - 2 working days.  Nevertheless delivery schedule would be solely depending on arrangement by the respective courier service provider.  If you have any specific requests for the delivery, please contact us before making an order.

UNDELIVERED PARCEL

If you did not receive your parcel in more than 5 working days please email hello.coralc@gmail.com ASAP so that we can assist you in locating the parcel immediately.  You maybe required to pay additional on delivery if your parcel is required to resend due to incomplete/ incorrect recipient's info or not responded by recipient.

Coralc Atelier reserved the rights to not entertain any claims or complaints about undelivered parcel for more than two weeks from date of delivery, or more than 4 weeks from date of placing an order.  All parcels shall be deemed received if we did not receive any notifications within the said period.

SELF PICK UP

You'll be notified once your order is ready for self pick up from our atelier.  Please refer to our business hours.
